1- Unlocked Bootloader.
2- Custom Recovery installed.

How to Install [Must Read]
Download the latest build of BlackBerry OS.
Reboot to TWRP Recovery
Wipe data, system, cache and dalvik cache.
Flash the BlackBerry OS.
Flash any LP based kernel (Important-Link in 2nd Post).
Reboot (It may take up to 5 mins for the first boot.)
